Beautiful studio for 5/6 people in a residence located at the foot of the slopes (Departure and return to the ski-in ski-out residence).
The apartment has a balcony with views of Mont Blanc. It is located on the 10th floor and does not overlook the entrance hall, so it is quiet. The apartment is located in the heart of the village of Charvet. It is in the immediate vicinity of the French Ski School. A daycare is available at the foot of the residence. Restaurants, supermarket, ski equipment rental and various shops are less than 100m from the residence.
The apartment is fully equipped (floor renovated in 2017).
At the entrance a sleeping area with a double loft bed (140x190 is not suitable for a child under 6) and 2 single beds, one of which is in a drawer (2x 80x190).
Shower room (tropical shower and hairdryer) and WC (separate) were renovated in 2016.
Kitchen area (renovated in 2014) with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine. Kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue maker, Nespresso. The living room is made up of 2 80X190 beds which can be joined into a 160x190 double bed with dining area and TV.
