On the 1st floor, facing south with a view of the garden and a glimpse of the sea, this accommodation consists of a living room (sofa bed for 2 people 140×190), an independent kitchen (electric hob with 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge /freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x190) that can make a double bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room and the kitchen give access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture. TV, air conditioning, parking in the basement.
