With two spacious master suites (double room with bathroom) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, all with storage space, the house offers 8 comfortable beds. The living room, organized around a large fireplace, is very open to the park and a south-east terrace of 35 sqm.

The stone and the wood gives it a warm and genuine. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and quality appliances. It is embellished by his former bread oven as a mark of its past.

The furniture has been carefully chosen and gives the room a luxious style.

The relaxation area has 100 m² for rest, games and bath (sauna, billiards). The indoor pool is heated to 30 ° C throughout the year. The windows and roof open at will to enjoy the sun of summer.

The park surrounding the house is a green setting offering a 180° view of nature with a pond accessible for walks or fishing, a petanque court and a swing for the children.

Located in the heart of lush greenery, La Demeure du Pont Rolland offers the calm of the Vendée Bocage, just 7 kilometers from the beach. Amenities are 2 kilometers.
The nearby beaches have the charm of the wild coast, lined with natural dunes and pine forest. throughout the year you can practice sand yachting, surfing, kite surfing, boating or just lazing around.
The Port of Jard sur Mer, where you can practice sailing or rent a motor boat or a jet ski, is only 10 min away.
The property is surrounded by several paths and trails that offer very beautiful walks on foot or bicycle. This is an opportunity to discover the dolmens present in the area, remnants of the early ages of mankind.
The Adventurers Castle, also in Avrillé, is an attraction not to be missed. Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away, is finally the best known and most admirable parks to historical themes, retracing in breathtaking shows the history of the Vendée.
To enjoy the gastronomy, La Vendée having 3 Michelin-starred restaurants. Les Sables d'Olonne, 20 km away, offers a variety of quality restaurants. It is also out there you can hang out in bars or casinos. This seaside city is also known for its boardwalk and it’s fine sand’s beach.

By car, the A83 and A87 serve the Vendée coast.
