Private vacation home

The house consists of 2 apartments linked together by an external staircase. The large apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace and a barbecue.
There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom (WC, shower and bathtub). This room has its private access to the terrace and is located just above a century-old olive tree.
The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with the shower and each has a double bed.

On the terrace you can have lunch almost all year round with a view of Cavalaire Bay.
The house was built in the early 1950s by my grandfather in the Provencal tradition with very thick walls that allow you to stay cool all summer. The garden is very green, which also allows you to constantly have freshness and a multitude of colors.

The small apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The larger of the two bedrooms is the children's corner with 4 beds (2 * 2 bunk beds). It is happiness for children who spend unforgettable holidays with cousins or friends. In front of the small apartment, a shaded garden furniture allows you to spend cool afternoons. The garden is made in terraces so that everyone can find a moment of tranquility and freshness.


The house also has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with a barbecue at its level. Deckchairs and mattresses are provided. Around the pool there is a lawn area where you can play ball games, relax.

The rental is for the entire house.
