This villa of 150 m2, ranked 5 * in 2017 by the Ministry of Tourism, is ideally located in the town of Moliets.
Except housing estate, quiet, on a plot of 1250m2 fully fenced, it is 2km from the beaches and the international golf of Moliets.
It is in the immediate vicinity of all shops (bakery, grocery, butcher, tobacco press ...) and bordering the bike path.

The house is built around a large wooden terrace (100 m2) and the swimming pool which is heated during the summer season. The swimming pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter complying with safety standards.
All rooms overlook this relaxation area.
The pool house will offer you a shaded area by the water to enjoy the long summer days.
