The windows (one with brick partition) allow direct access to the outdoor terraces overlooking the walled garden of 900 m2 (with lawn, landscaping and massive forest).

Our house is located in Les Mathes within 5 mins drive from the beaches of Palmyra and cycling in 20mins via the cycle paths through the forest (over 40km of cycle paths paved, mountain bike circuits and hybrid ply safely forest , Saint Palais sur Mer to La Tremblade).
It is also 20 minutes from the island of Oleron, st palaces and valleys of the sea and close to the pretty villages of Talmon and Mornac on seudre.

The environment: cinema, skate park, multipurpose basketball court and football, as well as tennis courts and children's square within 300m. 400m shops and seasonal market.
Some fun activities among others: horse riding (walk or racetrack with races in season), buggy, quad, funfair (Luna Park), Zoo palmyre are within 5 mins drive.
