The 135 m² fully air-conditioned house has an enclosed garden with trees of 150 m2 and a large south-facing terrace of over 15 m2 equipped with blinds with garden furniture and teak dining table for 6 people, deckchairs, garden shower, Weber electric barbecue.
All rooms in the house overlook the garden.
On the ground floor, an entrance with separate toilet WC, a 44m2 living room with fireplace, large bay windows, with sofa, armchairs, table 6 chairs, flat screen TV, wifi access.
An independent kitchen equipped with new appliances: large fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-burner hob, washing machine and dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster.

Upstairs: 2 separate air-conditioned bedrooms with quality beds of 180x200 (2x90) and 160x200cm, a bathroom with WC, bath-shower.

For 6 people, we open the annex adjoining the house and you then have: a third bedroom with a 160 x 200m bed and a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.

Free public parking area at 80m and free parking on the street and in the surrounding streets or possibility at 400m from a covered paying car park La Croisette.
