Change of scenery and tranquility in this comfortable traditional house, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Chorio and fully restored.

You will find in the immediate vicinity of the house, a grocery store, a baker, a butcher as well as many shaded taverns.

The nearest beach is 1.2 km from the house and is served by small buses, like all places on the island. It will be easy for you to access the other beaches by shuttle boats. Bike, scooter or car rental possible on Symi.

The House is built around a courtyard serving a very well equipped American kitchen and a comfortable living room. You can also take your meals in the courtyard in the shade of the orange tree and the arbor.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers and WCs, spread over three levels and served by nice traditional stairs (note that they are steep!).
Two bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm double beds and the third with two 90 cm beds (additional sleeping possible in this room).

The house is fully air conditioned except for the naturally cooler bedroom and downstairs bathroom.

At cooler hours, you can also enjoy the terraces and their views of the Pedi and Yalos bays.
