The apartment is located in a residence located in Costa Verde, in Santa-Maria-Poggio. 500 m from Vanga di l'Oru beach, 2 km from Moriani beach and 45 km from Bastia, this 50 m² apartment on the ground floor with a 30 m² furnished terrace offers views of the swimming pool and the mountain.

The residence has a swimming pool of 16x12 m deep 1m90 and a children's pool 15x10 m deep 0.80m.
