Magnificent country house at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi Chamonix with garden, terraces and carport.
8 minutes from downtown on foot and 5 minutes from all shuttles serving all ski areas.
The totally cocooning house is of Scandinavian decoration.
It is a house intended for children! 2 couples with children are welcome.
In the garden level a master bedroom with double bed (2 pers) and open bathroom (double sink, shower, bath), next to a bedroom with closed bed (2 pers) 2 toilets.
On the ground floor a large living room with sitting area and closed fireplace, a TV corner (Cable,
canal +) a dining room and a huge open kitchen overlooking the garden.
On the inter-floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room and wc.
On the second floor a bedroom with 2 closed beds (90), and a possible additional sleeping on the mezzanine, a bathroom with double sink, hammam shower, corner bath and wc.
In the basement a laundry room with washing machine, dryer etc ...
