Located in a quiet area near the port, the old town, the Marche aux Fleurs, Place Massena Promenade des Anglais.

Theaters, movies, museums, opera, shopping centers (Carrefour TNL, Nice Etoile) are just a few minutes walk from the studio

You will have a TV (over 100 international channels), radio, a Blueray player, a video library, telephone and wifi.

Linens (sheets, towels) is provided. During the summer we will give you 2 bath towels and 2 mats.

A kitchen with all the utensils and appliances (microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, plates, pots, pans ...) will help you in everyday life.

For arrival and departure times, I am very flexible, do not hesitate to contact me with your requirements.

It is located near the train station, tram and bus to help you get around the city and visit the region.

We give you an appointment on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys

We are listening to you and will help you discover our region.
Transport allow you to visit the city and its lower cost region if you decide not to use your vehicle.
