Nearby, a direct bus stop to Cannes in 15 min every 15 min .
A direct access in 6 minutes by the speed way (Boulevard du Riou) allows you to avoid the city centre's traffic jams .

This villa, with a refined decoration, was completely renovated . It is bright and functional.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
It has a small not heated swimming pool 620 x 310 x130 cm (245 x 122 x 51 inches) not to shallow, so it is warm in summer
The cosy and romantic atmosphere of the poolside bower and the exotic environment of the coconut trees and the wooden terraces make the villa a true oasis.
The entire property and pool is for the exclusive use of the tenant.
Its hosts are friendly, attentive and always available to assure you a pleasant stay.
On Saturday check-in is from 15:30 to 18:00 and check-out before 10:00
Other days check-in and check-out is from 11:00 to 18:00
Parties and receptions are not allowed.
Bed and toilet linen and final cleaning are included in the rent.
A gas plancha 2 lights is available.
Garbage collection and pool maintenance are carried out regularly during the stay.
The reception and delivery of the keys are done by the owners.
The responsible person who made the reservation must be present at the arrival and during the entire stay. ID will be required.
The keys cannot be given to another family member or friend, even if they have to stay.
The number of persons admitted to the places of day and night is maximum 6 persons (children included) and can in no case be greater than the number declared at the reservation.
No additional sleeping allowed, even exceptional .
Invitations, parties and receptions are not allowed.
The rental is reserved exclusively for peaceful families.
Noise pollution is not tolerated by the neighborhood day or night and especially after 22:00
