Very nice recent villa. Quiet with a private parking space adjoining the terrace. Very well equipped. Upstairs a closed bedroom with a 140 bed, storage cupboard + wardrobe. Then a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds + a chest of drawers. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower, sink and wc. Then a common room equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a fridge / freezer and a television. Of course dishwasher and washing machine. An oven and a microwave. At the entrance, a veranda equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a coat rack, a shoe rack, a deserted room. On the terrace, a fixed barbecue. Enough dishes for a very pleasant stay.
10 minutes from the beach on foot and also entertainment, the holidays are by car since the shops and the municipal swimming pool are less than 400 m away.
