La Fruitière, a new single house on 1300 sqm of fenced ground, will welcome your family or friends during your holidays in the south of France.

Idealy located 1.5 km from the city centre, you will easily walk to the market or the antique theatre during summer evenings. During the right seasons, a small and local producer of fruits and vegetables can be found 500 m away.

The house offers a living area of 135 sqm.
The ground floor has:
- a living room/lounge, a dining room, and an open plan kitchen.
- a double bedroom (160 cm) has access to a terrace and a private shower room with a walk-in shower and a wardrobe.
- one separate toilet
- a storage unit (washing machine, pantry, etc.)

Upstairs are:
- one double bedroom (160cm) and a storage unit.
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) with storage units.
- one separate toilet.
- one shower room with 2 bowl sinks and a walk-in shower.

Outside is a terrace to have your meals and a large garden with a swing for the children as well as a Petanque area, a fenced pool (9.5mX 4.5m), and pool house.
You can also add some fresh herbs from the garden to you meals.

The house is traditionally constructed (wood and exposed beams). The walls are coated and the floors are polished concrete. La Fruitière is South oriented which will allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.

In the garden are trees tipical from the Mediterranean area and some fruit trees.
