The fully renovated villa of 115 m2, garden of 1000m2 comprises three bedrooms, two with beds 160, the third with a bed of 140 (new bedding). You have the possibility to install a cot in two of them. You will find in the bathroom a large walk-in shower and a basin for two people, an electric towel rail and a bidet.
A large bright living room will welcome you with large windows, a flat screen TV (Canal +, DVD Blue Ray), two sofas (including a sofa), a piano and a dining table for 8 people. The fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, microwave, combined fridge-freezer ...) is at your disposal.
You will enjoy two sunny terraces overlooking a beautiful walled garden equipped with sun loungers and a table with eight chairs. A Weber barbecue and table tennis are at your disposal as well as four bicycles (and an electric bike rental if you wish) that will allow you to enjoy the many bike paths in the Arcachon basin.
The very quiet area is ideally placed because close to the Dune du Pyla, ocean beaches, beaches of the basin (Perreire, beaches of Arcachon) and Lake Cazaux. To do your shopping, you can stroll on the beautiful market of La Teste de Buch 15 minutes walk or enjoy the small shopping center Miquelots (Intermarché, bakery, press ...) located 2 minutes from the house.
