Belles Challes building, view of Mont Blanc 20 meters from the daycare center and 50m from the ski school.
Studio 4/5 people on the 8th floor, in a corridor independent of the stairwell (quiet) direct access to the parking lot without the need to take the elevator. Direct access to the track without having to take the stairs.
Entrance with 2 bunk beds and a pull-out bed, coat rack, ski rack, wardrobe, Bathroom, 2-plate kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, combined microwave oven.
Living room: 2 single beds, 2 tables, 4 chairs, 2 stools, television, wardrobe, sliding door to separate the studio into 2 rooms, balcony with view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille des Glaciers.
Usual equipment: pressure cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, raclette set, fondue set. The apartment is equipped with 5 duvets. It is possible to rent bed linen in the resort.
There is a refundable deposit of 400 € which can be given in the form of a check to the real estate agency. I did not include it in the price so the tenant does not have to pay it in advance.
