Palombe House: Located on the edge of a pine forest, this village house offers a calm and pleasant holiday setting, just 1.5 km from the ocean and 4 km from the lake. The village consists of small houses, each with a garden and terrace, and pedestrian paths allow easy movement within the residence. A parking area is available in front of the site, and a communal swimming pool is accessible during the summer season, from 15 June to 15 September.



The house has a comfortable and bright living room, furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa, armchairs, a chest of drawers and a television. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, an electric hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and storage with crockery and kitchen utensils.



Upstairs, two bedrooms offer accommodation suitable for families: the first bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm, while the second offers two single beds of 90 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin unit, a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilets are independent for added comfort.



Outside, the terrace is fitted with a garden lounge and the small garden is entirely enclosed, offering a pleasant and secure outdoor space to enjoy meals or moments of relaxation.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
