Detached villa close to Argelès-sur-Mer in a calm and relaxing valley, facing south, with stunning views of the mountains.
Ideal location between the Mediterranean and mountains 9 km from beaches, 20 kms from the Spanish border and 25 km south of Perpignan.
The villa is located on the hillside and a river passes 50 m below the villa.
The large terrace with garden furniture is partly covered allowing to relax in the sun or shade. A garden is located next to the covered terrace. It includes a pool of approximately 3.5 meters by 7 meters.
The villa has a living room with dining table and sofa (3-seater, 2-seater and 1-seater), an equipped kitchen, high chair, a bathroom with bath and double sink, a bathroom with shower and sink, a bathroom with sink and toilet, an independent toilet and 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed, balcony and wardrobe, bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and a baby bed, bedroom 4 with a bunk bed, a bed drawer and wardrobe . Garage and private parking.
Reversible air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room.
Shops and restaurants outside the residential area 3 km away and a large supermarket at 4 km.
The beginning of the village is 800 m from the exit of the valley after the turtle park from around the world and the wooded Mediterranean park.

The PRICES are NET ( water, electricity comsumption of 200kwh/week, internet, one final cleaning and local tax INCLUDED except during the months of January, February and March.)
The price per week varies between 1000 and 1600 euro depending on the chosen period.
Additionelly a rental guarantee will be asked of 450 euro.

It is forbidden to use the villa's electricity to charge electric cars or plug-in hybrids. Overconsumption of electricity greater than 200 kwh per week is not included in the rental price and constitutes damage which will be recovered from the rental guarantee. The price of the overconsumption will be 0,50 euro/kwh.

At your request possibility to rent sheets and towels. The price is to ask to the owner.
The option sheets and towels is to be paid financially to the owner.
One cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price regardless of the length of your stay.
The rental of the villa is subject to the return of a signed copy of the contract with the mention "read and approved"
Rental from Saturday to Saturday and in high season in periods of 2 weeks. Exceptionally , can be deviated from after approval of the owner.
The rental guarantee will be reimbursed in full within 2 weeks if the directives and internal regulations included in the contract have been respected.
