The Logis is closed for renovation works from January 2018.


The furnished apartment of 70m2 is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house near the city center of Strasbourg (3 km from the cathedral) in a quiet area without much traffic. The ground floor and the attic are occupied by the owner.

The rental can accommodate up to 4 people. (Holidays or professionals)

The apartment, rented furnished, is composed of 3 rooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 with a library,
- 1 living room with a sofa, an armchair, a 4 people table, a flat screen television, and a radio.
- 1 kitchen with balcony equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 1 table and chairs, complete crockery and cookware.
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

On request: Cot, sheets, pillowcases, cleaning (extra charge),

Near :
At 300m, 2 bakeries and less than 800m (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy)

At 650m Rotonde tram stop (1 stop from the Gare de Strasbourg and 2 stops from the city center)
Bus stop 300m to go downtown by tram.

Free parking in the street in front of the house. (Secondary street of a residential area)

You can from our apartment:
- Coming by car - Free parking on the street (low traffic)
- Coming by train - We are 5 minutes from the Tram and 15 minutes from the train station.
- Coming by plane - We are 18 km from the airport which is accessible by shuttle bus, taxi or car rental.
- Leave your car and visit Strasbourg either on foot, by bike, or with public transport.
- a few steps away you can enjoy a large park with games for children, tennis court, petanque, table tennis...
- The big skating rink of Strasbourg is in 10min on foot of the hiring.

Strasbourg historic city, with its cathedral, its picturesque district of Petite France, its museums is also a privileged starting point to visit:
- Alsace and its villages
- the Massif des Vosges and its castles, including the Haut-Koenigsbourg.
- The Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse and its Bugatti collection.
- so many other Alsacian wonders
- The Black Forest Massif and its spa towns

The rental is close to the highway that allows you to leave the city very quickly and visit the region.














Rent:

450 euros per week / 70 euros per night with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.

During the Christmas market (November 29 to January 5):
650 euros the week / 100 euros the night with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.

Tourist tax not included

All charges are included in these rates (Heating, electricity, water).

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
