Detached stone villa in Gordes located in a residential area 3 km from the village of Gordes on a plot of 2000 m2 planted with white oak trees which provide a lot of refreshing shade during the hot summer period.
The ground is closed and decorated with an electric gate with remote control.
The pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. It should be noted that it is flat-bottom with 1.60 meters deep.
The swimming pool has sun loungers, tablets, a garden furniture set as well as a table and chairs set.
It is closed by a pretty dry stone wall and has a lockable gate and is equipped with an alarm in accordance with current standards.
The house has a 50 m2 terrace with a rectangular table and six chairs.
You can enjoy a beautiful and comfortable garden furniture as well as a
Weber electric barbecue and two parasols.
A round table and six chairs are installed under the oaks for lunches in the shade.
The area of the villa is 140 m2 of living space.
- 1 spacious entrance.
- 1 large room including a dining room with dining table and six chairs as well as a lounge below equipped with a two seater sofa, hhd a three seater sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV.
- 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds, with a shower and sink.

- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
- 1 large bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub.
- 2 independent toilets.
- 1 laundry room with 7kg washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
- Air conditioning in the central dining room living room.
- Each room is equipped with a fan.
The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with a gas oven, a 12-place dishwasher, a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a a citrus press, a steamer, a capsule coffee maker, a pod coffee maker and a family coffee maker.
Bed linen as well as pool towels and sheets are provided.
Final cleaning is included.
Our animal friends are not allowed to bathe in the pool or allowed to lie on the beds and sofas.
A trampoline is available in the garden and must be used under the supervision and responsibility of the adults.
The villa is equipped with a lifting pump, it is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper in the WC.
You will be greeted at 5 p.m. If necessary it is possible to adapt to your convenience for a later reception.
Departures are at 9 a.m.
Maximum occupants: 6.
Evenings / events not allowed.
Pets allowed (small and medium size).
No smoking.
