La Ville Es Houx is a character house from the 17th century which has just been renovated. The rental is semi-detached with our house, its location in a peaceful environment on the edge of the town of St Malo makes it an ideal base for exploring the Malouin country.
The walled town is 2.5 km from the house, the bus stop is 200 m, there is a shopping center 300 m
The courtyard is closed and private, it offers a wooden terrace facing south and access to the barn which can be used to store large equipment.
The house of approximately 110 m2 is spread over three levels.
The ground floor with American kitchen, dining room, living room with a large fireplace.
On the first floor, a large landing leads to a bedroom (140 cm bed), a utility room with washing machine, dryer and a large wardrobe, a toilet and a bathroom.
The third level includes two bedrooms: one for a 140 cm bed and the other for two 90 cm beds.
Teak flooring in the wc and bathroom, solid oak everywhere else.
