Apartment: Very bright, exceptional panoramic view of the peaks, at the foot of the slopes, resort center but very quiet (residential building and apartment equipped with double windows), can accommodate 8 people (or 6 adults), facing south, very close to shops, access to the slopes directly upstairs in the ski locker, therefore departure and return with skis on. Rental from Saturday to Saturday. short stays are possible in the same week.
We will give you the keys on the spot because we live in Val Thorens.

Interior: 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms (1 with bath and 2 sinks, the other is open in the attic room with 1 shower, 1 sink and 1 WC (see photo) )

1 living room with 1 convertible sofa bed (for regular sleeping in 140, ultra fast unfolding, remaining bed made) 1 TV, 1 living room with a table for 8 people, 1 kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher , 1 oven, wifi internet, double windows.
Exterior: a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, ski-to-door departure
Pedestrian station so you must book parking at Val Tho Parc, P zero and 1 minute on foot but you can park in front of the building for 1 hour so you have plenty of time to pack your luggage.
Location: Ideally located in the center of the resort, close to all shops, the sports center, daycare, kindergarten, ski lessons, bowling, medical center.

The most: the Location, We are in Val Thorens, the Center Station, Arrival and departure of the building on skis, Snow guaranteed. Pedestrian station.

Rental: weekly or fortnight; shorter period if available, departure no later than a Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

To book :

25% on booking the balance 45 days before arrival.
A deposit of 990 euros will be requested (for possible breakages and poor cleaning if you have not booked it as an option).
Arrival time from 5 p.m.
Departure time before 9 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
An optional end-of-stay cleaning package (not included in household trash, dishes, WCs and sheets removed).

Tourist tax 1. 35 per night and per person from 13 years old.
