Very nice T3 apartment of 65 m2, up to 4 people (possibility 5 persons if children) with sea view facing the Cordouan lighthouse located on the 1st floor of a modern building (built 2008 and no elevator). Direct access to the supervised beach (25 m), near the pedestrian street (200 m) and the shops, restaurants, market hall and summer events.
Free wifi available during the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

A visitor's tax will be charged for any person over 12 years old (according to the tariff in force at the town hall of Soulac).

rental possible out of season, on request, variable rate according to period. Electricity consumption is billed at the current EDF rate for the heating period (October 1st to May 30th)
