The common areas include two swimming pools, one of which overlooks the sea, both enjoying spectacular views.
 The infinity pool is open annually from June 15 to September 15.

The villa is composed of three bedrooms (modular) with an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet, and a bathroom, equipped with toilet and sink.
The house is not on one level, on the ground floor is the fitted kitchen, the living / dining room opening onto a large furnished terrace of 30 square meters.
A parking space is also available in front of the house, as well as in front of the house garage.
The rooms are distributed by half floors.
The villa is located in the tropical coast, swimming is possible all year round, the temperature does not drop below 17 ° C during the winter.

For golf lovers, an 18-hole course called 'Los Moriscos' is available 15 km from the residence.
