Backing onto the hill, overlooking the sea at an altitude of 50 m, this ground floor of villa with 2 large rooms, independent and pretty, equidistant between Saint Tropez and Estérel (25 kms) can accommodate up to to 4 people on approximately 75 m2.
We have just renovated it completely to make it as pleasant as possible. It is located on the ground floor of our villa, in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes by car from the center of San-Peire, its shops and its Provencal Monday morning market.
It has a large sunny terrace in the morning where you can take your meals or rest, facing the sea.

Access on foot (5 to 10 minutes) to the sandy beach of Girelliers and to the rocks of the Parc des Issambres.
You can walk by the sea on the coastal path, in the creeks and on the sandy beaches or access the many activities of the beaches and the marina, tennis overlooking the rocks, or the Golf of Sainte Maxime.
Sea shuttles allow, in 25 minutes, to go shopping in Saint Tropez or to visit the magnificent Lerins or Porquerolles islands, while avoiding the difficulties of road traffic.
