This vast property for the exclusive use of the tenant, without neighborhood and with a nice view of the hilly countryside offers, by its arrangement, an ideal setting to comfortably accommodate holidays with friends or family reunions.

Placed in the center, the terrace shaded by a vine and its stone barbecue call for summer meals.
The unique swimming pool (10mx5mx1.5m) is secured by a fence and is naturally treated with salt.

The main house includes:
On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, TV relaxation room, bathroom, WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each with a double bed, bathroom with WC, and a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The barn is composed of a large entrance, a large living room with table football, a mezzanine bedroom, two independent bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with WC. If you wish to exclude the barn from the rental, please contact us to update the price.

All shops, post office, pharmacy, doctor and local market in Rouffignac (1km).
