The House is classified furnished accommodation ** (2 stars). This ballast stone house, renovated (90m² hab. + Outdoor space with wooden terrace) is in pretty quiet streets of Old St Gilles (classified historic district).
Everything is within walking distance to (docks, markets, train station, beach, shops, restaurants, Super U 300m)
This fully renovated property consists of:
1 large living room (dining room and living room) overlooking the terrace area
1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast area, etc ...) also overlooking landscaping
2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds of 90 x 200 in Italian
1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

The outdoor area with wooden terrace at the rear of the house is facing south. Under the backyard roof, is the outdoor kitchen (hot plate, sink and storage space), no opportunity to get out of the yard for the kids. Terrace of equipment are: 1 garden furniture, outdoor sofa and chairs, parasol.
Board games available.
To park his car, several possibilities: in the street Torterue continuity of our street or in Transverse street.
Shuttles "Gillo'bus" are available at 100m from the house (Loyal Port Stop No. 32) from April to December to drop you to different beaches (Big Beach 2 stops - Boisvinet Beach - Station - Boat to the island Yeu etc ...). Tickets on sale in the shuttles, reception hall, tourist office, community center and travel agencies.
