It was completely renovated in 2013 (roof, paint, electricity) and in 2018 (new kitchen and bathroom) with all the comforts (new bedding). It is surrounded by a large private garden and has its own private swimming pool. The garden is planted with old oaks, olive trees, mimosas and oleanders. The view is clear on the countryside. The house is located in a closed and quiet residential area, 1km from the village of Grimaud, the castle and the shops.
In 2018 kitchen and bathroom are new.
