Air-conditioned living room and bedroom.
The balcony, with an unobstructed view, offers the possibility of enjoying meals while contemplating the sea and the Cap d'Antibes on the right.
A private outdoor parking space is available to the tenant.
The equipment includes a 102 cm LED TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

A small shopping center with a supermarket, a fishmonger, and a butcher-delicatessen is located 5 minutes away by car.
A bus stop at the entrance to the residence takes you directly to the center of Antibes in about 20 minutes.
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday (check-in at 2:00 p.m. - check-out at 11:00 a.m.).
