Villa

Having traveled around the world, we designed Villa Lissdell based on our travels, including Ireland, Indonesia, South Africa, New Zealand and especially Australia.

The villa has a lot of character and makes you dream of distant trips, while offering French comfort and gastronomy. It welcomes you for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Located at the bottom of the subdivision, it faces the maritime pine and oak forest. The Barail stream (classified Natura 2000) is a few meters away and links the nearby Moliets lake to the Prade de Messanges lake.

This villa is the ideal place to relax with family and friends. You will appreciate the calm of this rental, as well as the proximity of the Landes coast and its beaches. Ideal for children, the villa does not have a swimming pool, which allows parents to relax without worry. The village center, its shops and restaurants are accessible by bicycle, car or on foot (1 km).

Carefully equipped and furnished, the 130m2 villa on 2 floors (including a mezzanine part) includes all modern comforts:
- 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles on the ground floor and 2 singles (3 + 2) on the first floor.
- 2 full bathrooms (spacious showers), plus an outdoor beach shower. 2 WC.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a work-meal plan, 5-burner gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Dining room with a very large table for more than 12 place settings.
- Living room with 5-seat corner sofa and armchairs, open to the forest.
- Traditional maritime pine flooring in all rooms and large tiling in damp rooms.
- Large picture window facing west on the covered terrace and the forest. Large windows to the south overlooking the south gallery.
- In the mezzanine: Sony flat screen TV (satellite), DVD player, games and books.
- Covered wooden terrace to the south and west overlooking the 2000m2 garden and accessible forest.
- Barbecue with 2 large garden tables to the west.
- At least 3 private parking spaces, gate.
- Games: children's swing (summer 2017) and 3 bikes available.
- NB: No swimming pool. No internet box, bring your 3G-4G keys. No landline phone.

Sports activities abound nearby: swimming at the supervised beaches of Moliets (3 accesses), Messages and "wild" beaches of Lette Blanche + surfing. Kanoé, SUP, or sailing on the ponds of Léon and Soustons. Golf courses of Moliets and Soustons-Plage. Walks on foot or by bike on nearby cycle paths or in the forest. Horse riding, tennis. The initiative associations of Moliets, Messages and Léon have a list of all the fun activities offered by the sea as in the forest and its region, plus bicycle rental companies. In addition to the Landes, the nearby Basque Country which is worth a detour. Spain too with San Sebastian and the old town.

Ideal for families, we have two little girls ourselves who love spending time there. We have some children's equipment that we can provide on request. (high chair, travel cot, baby bath ...)
