Master suite with balcony, sea views, bathroom with rain shower, desk, walk-in closet and chill-out sofa.
Double room with big bed, desk and closet.
Twin bedroom with two 90x180cm beds, desk, closet, and books.
Double and twin room share a bathroom with rain shower and are close to the terrace with beach access.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Big cooking area, with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine, etc). Including an eating area, perfect for long family breakfasts.
LIVING AND DINNING AREA: Perfect area to unwind after a long beach day, while still enjoying a stunning a sea view. A big couch with a flat screen TV are perfect for movie nights or Nintendo Wii tournaments. Round eating table, ideal for wine tastings and board game nights.

BEACH: Perfect for those looking to spend long beach days, as property is really located on the beach front. Only a pedestrian path separates the property from the stunning Cunit beach, so no more than 10 steps until you can kick off your flip flops and enjoy the sand. Beach is ideal for kids, as water level is quite shallow in part of the bay, and there´s plenty of space to play (football, volleyball...).
NATURE: A protected bird reservoir covers part of the beach, making it ideal for birdwatching from the house balconies.
GASTRONOMY: Cunit is located in Baix Penedès, a renowned wine region, so visits to wineries make a great day trip. Mediterranean dishes with excellent sea food and fish are found in restaurants nearby or offer delivery services.
GROCERIES: Mercadona, a big local supermarket, is reachable within a 3 min drive and offers online delivery. On Thursdays, farmers offer fresh produce in the city center.
