About This Property

This unique apartment impresses with its modern facilities and central location. Located in the city center, only a 5-minute walk from the city's landmark, St. Stephen's Cathedral. The holiday home has a size of approx. 60m² including balcony and is located in the 1st. Floor of a historic building in the immediate vicinity of the High Market. It is suitable for 2 people and convinces by its very central location, through which the most beautiful sights of Vienna's old town can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot.

The apartment and the equipment
The stylish interior of the apartment offers both holiday guests and business travelers everything they need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Vienna to the fullest. Since the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you will find the deserved rest when you return from your expedition through the city. Bright, high-ceilinged rooms, parquet flooring, a stylish interior with elements from the Viennese Classic, merged with modern design, give your stay a special charm.

The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom (shower with toilet). The equipped kitchen with electric ceramic hob (and oven), fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and microwave for self-catering. All other utensils such as crockery and cutlery, etc. are of course available. The living room has a TV Flat Screen, a Mediabox as well as a comfortable sofa bed, from where you can enjoy the entertainment. In the bedroom with box spring bed (180 × 200) you can relax undisturbed.

The location of the apartment
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hoher Markt, centrally yet away from the tourist trails. Directly in front of the door is the airport bus, which brings you within 15 minutes to the airport Vienna Schwechat. St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Jewish Square, the Hohe Markt with the famous Ankeruhr, the Tuchlauben, the Bauernmarkt and many other sights can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The area is full of cultural and historical attractions. In the direction of the Danube Canal is also the Schwedenplatz with the so-called Bermuda Triangle, which offers restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs of all price categories. Supermarkets, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, cafes and various shops are nearby.
