This cozy furnished apartment is only 20 m from the sea, in the pedestrian zone. It is located in a 160-year-old stone house, which is a listed building and was lovingly restored by hand in 2017. With its authentic and unusual look, which is reminiscent of the charm of the past, the house is also a frequent eye-catcher for passers-by and guests. It is decorated in a Mediterranean style, with thick walls to protect it from the heat.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The following rooms are available on a living space of around 40 m²: a living room with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed; a bedroom next to it with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

The yard is equipped with garden furniture. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs.
Nearby is the marina with many cafes and restaurants. The location in the middle of the pedestrian zone is unique. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach.
Upon request, you will receive a parking card for the community parking lot, which is about 200m from the apartment. There are extra costs of € 2 / day for this.
