Large windows allow a view of the gate to the neighboring state as well as a view of the mountain ranges and mountain peaks. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, sofa in the living room, TV, WiFi and parking.

The earthy colors of the apartment and the light wood construction at height create a natural, calming and bright cosiness. In addition to the exterior window to the south, one of the bedrooms has two smaller and additional windows to the living room in order to flood it with light. If preferred, the smaller windows can also be made manually opaque and opaque.
