Apartment

For New YearsEve - 5-6 nights minimum, changing day 29th of dec.!

The apartment is elegant and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped, Nespresso machine etct. It has a large, south-facing balcony. In the private apartment house are only 7 apartments, which are mostly used exclusively by the owners at the weekend. In the immediate vicinity are very good restaurants with 4 and 5 star hotels with restaurants, all within 5 minutes walking distance. The Oberlech cable car runs daily until 1 am and is 3 minutes from the apartment.
They strap on the skis and reach all ski lifts from the house
Lech and Zürs to Warth and St. Anton. For skis and ski boots there is a separate room in the entrance area. ,
They live in a place where famous movie actors, pop stars and crowned heads live. I do not rent from Saturday to Saturday - only 1 weekend can be included.
