Chalet

4 bedrooms for 8 persons, directly at the ski, sun terrace, 2 balconies.

The chalet is situated in a quiet sunny location in Hochkrimml-Duxeralm, right at the foot of the Gerlosplatte 1650m above sea level, overlooking the nature reserve.

The house is child friendly with Tripp-Trapp- highchair, toys (Barbie, Lego, cars) and children's books (Walt Disney, storybooks).

They have four separate bedrooms, 2 of which are accessible on the top floor via a steep staircase. On the ground floor a spacious living room with dining area for at least 8 people and a cozy lounge corner, LED TV with cable channels, a hi-fi stereo system, and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and two spacious balconies.

You can use the free Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels or Beach towels can be booked.

Two reserved parking spaces in front of the house are available.
