Private vacation home

The house is located on the sunny island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea in a quiet street near a beech grove, through which you can reach the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in about 10 minutes. A handcart is available to transport your beach items free of charge. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and lovingly furnished with bright furniture. In the white SFBC you will find everything you need as a self-catering or hobby cook (refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave). The cozy winter garden with a heated fireplace and external blinds for privacy and sun protection with the rattan furniture invites you to a cozy get-together. The books, games and DVDs in the house for old and young also serve as a pastime. The living room with satellite TV, DVD player, music system with radio, CD, and Ipod as well as three bedrooms with 2 beds each can accommodate 6 people.

The holiday home has a carport and two parking spaces. The city center and the beach can be reached on foot. Bicycle rental is located in the city. Restaurants and cafes are located in the village or on the beach promenade.

Our holiday home offers everything you need for a carefree holiday:

Clothes dryer in the garden, washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, hair dryer.

In the holiday home you will find books and a folder with numerous leisure tips, shops and a list of doctors to help you find your way around the holiday resort from day one. On site you will find a contact person responsible for key handover and final acceptance as well as in all emergencies.

Bed linen and towels weigh down luggage, which is why we provide them at an additional cost.

Two brightly tiled bathrooms, three separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, each with a reading lamp, guarantee retreat and a relaxing stay in the house. The surrounding area offers car-free relaxation on foot or by bike due to the short distance to the beach and the coastal forest.
