This apartment is registered and officially approved. It is not forbildden by the new law of Berlin because it always has been a commercial space.

Our apartment is registered and officially approved. It is not a misuse of living space, as it was rebuilt as a trade.

The apartment is located in the northern center of Berlin. It is not subject to the misuse of apartments because it is operated in a commercial space. Pankow is one of the most beautiful districts of Berlin and has a very high quality of living. The 'elite' of the GDR used to live here. Writers, politicians, actors, musicians ... still live in this livable district today. Heiner Müller lived here, Christa Wolf, Manfred Krug, Corinna Hafouch, Henry Hübchen, Jürgen Trittin and many others live or lived in Pankow.

With its many parks, Pankow is one of the greenest districts in Berlin. Our apartment is located directly at the Bürgerpark. So you can start the morning with jogging or relax there in the Cafe Rosenstein. Children feel particularly comfortable here. Pankow is the district with the largest number of children in Berlin and is well equipped with many newly designed playgrounds. The Pinkepanke children's farm, just above the park, is a popular destination for many Berliners. Children are always welcome in the restaurants.

Although livable and green, the district is still centrally located. Thanks to the excellently developed network of public transport, you can reach all destinations very quickly. The S Bahn runs to Friedrichstr. In 15 minutes. The subway takes you directly to the Volksbühne, to Potsdamer Platz, or to Ku'damm. You can quickly reach the Friedrichstadtpalast or the German Theater by tram.

Have a decent noise level after on weekdays after 10pm and on the weekend after 11pm.
Show respect to the neighbors, behave quiet in the public staircase during the night.
No parties without permission.
No pets without permission.
Smoking only on the terrace.
Bring down your garbage.

The apartment is in a building where many families live. We want our guests to treat the residents with respect. Avoid unnecessary noise in the public stairwell at night.
No parties without prior agreement.
No pets without prior agreement.

Garbage is disposed of yourself.
