A 2017 elaborately renovated semi-detached house with 95 m² living space and a 100 m² large south garden. The house has been lovingly furnished to allow up to 6 people a fantastic holiday.

Bright rooms with high quality tiles and partial floor heating on the ground floor. In the sleeping rooms on the floor Venylboden. In the upper floor is a shower room. On the ground floor there is another shower room.
The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, water cooker and microwave.

There is also a laundry house with washing machine and dryer available for a small fee. Pitches for your car are available free of charge.
