The first floor with its 85 square metres featured the ancient apartment of the farmer, the western part of the building used to be the barn whereas the shed - called La Carraia in Italian, situated to the east, is now the beautiful room of arcades, our one room apartment. The ancient horse stable, carefully renovated in 1995, is one of the adjacent buildings used as a garden shed today where you can find a gas barbecue, deckchairs and sun beds, garden tools. The original bread baking furnace, which also underwent complete renovation, can be used for baking fresh bread, pizza and cakes. Children and pets are welcome.
The apartment of about 85m² on the upper floor, displays high ceilings (4,50m) and beautifully tiled terracotta floors. It has a bathroom equipped with a toilet, washstand and a wide shower cubicle, offers plenty of room for two people showering together or for bathing little children. The bedroom for 4 sleeps 2 children (each mattress 85cm x 190cm) on a romantic chestnut wood gallery which can be reached climbing up a wooden ladder, and on floor level two more single beds are available.
The living room sleeps 2 on rattan beds with good latex mattresses which can be decorated as sofas during the day. There is plenty of storage space.
The open plan kitchen, dining area and the terrace (18 square metres) can also be reached using an external staircase joining the ground floor with the upper level. The old stone fireplace will extend the pleasures beyond the summer season when the Southern Tuscany reveals its deeper and more intimate secrets! There is a dining table for 8 -10 people. To the right, you will find a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fan-oven and gas cooker.
The 10 kg. washing machine for communual use is located in an adjacent building. In the ancient horse stable you will find all you need for comfortable relaxing and dining on the terraces: teak wood tables, chairs, loungers and hammocks as well a gas barbecue.
The bedrooms have air conditioning.
18m² panorama terrace in front of the entrance, 6 other seating areas with garden furniture on the grounds around the house. Gas central heating, large open fire place, washing machine. Child friendly environment, large natural grassy areas and hammocks. Shaded parking area for 2 cars, amazing panorama with a view of Massa Marittima about 40 Km away and of the stone quarry in Scarlino about 50 Km away. Daily arrivals and departures possible, a min. stay of 7 days in tthe high season. WLAN wireless internet connection.

There will be an infinity pool with saltwater and countercurrent system as from 2027.
There are secondary costs to paid directly to the owner:
