The house in Dina Ahrenshoop / district Niehagen is located in a very romantic holiday site. The house has a 400 m² garden. The Baltic Sea beach is 500m away, to the Bodden is about 800 m. Behind the house on the barbecue, enjoy a generous view of the dune forest.
The house is cozy and generously equipped for 4 people. A complete renovation took place between 2008 and 2018. The house has two bedrooms with wide beds.
The garden has two seating in front of and behind the house each, 2 sun loungers and plenty of room to romp for children or the four-legged friend. It is ideal for families or on vacation for two.
The property is fenced. Two vehicles found next to the house a parking lot.
On cool evenings you let the day end comfortably at the wood-burning stove. Firewood is sufficiently behind the house and as already included all utilities in the price.

Recreation: The House Dina impressive features are its ideal location between the Baltic Sea beach and lagoon. The beach entrance Poplar Avenue is right on the border between the classical sandy beach with beach chairs and pier Wustrow and the romantic cliffs of the high bank Ahrenshoop. Walks on the beach are an experience for all seasons.
The fish and the land Darss explored best by bicycle. The bike and hiking trails start right at the house and take you to stunning locations between the bay and Ostssee.
If you fancy Wellnes have - to the swimming pool with sauna in Wustrow 10-minute walk, with interest in culture and art 10-minute drive to the wheel to the center of Ahrenshoop, or a 15 km into the water park or Amber Museum Ribnitz, the near Warnemünde (25 km) or in the Rostock city for shopping (35 km).
