The house is located in Pula, Nova Veruda district, Drage Gervaisa 37. The FH has 35 m2 of living space and is fully equipped for 3 people.
Bedroom, living room with two beds, small fully functional kitchen, shower room with toilet. The house is air-conditioned, has satellite system and Internet (wireless only). please only bring your own towels. Our guests can use the courtyard terrace with grill. Secure parking space. There is a yacht nearby. All beaches can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car. Distance from the beach about 1500 m. Numerous shops and cafes are in the immediate vicinity, department stores such as Billa, Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine, Mercator are approx. 3000 m away.

Istria is particularly suitable for older people in mid-April and May, September and
 October, for pleasant bathing and long walks along the coast.
