The fully equipped kitchen u. a. with 4 hotplates, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-u. Freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet complete the picture. On the first floor are two bedrooms with a double bed and fitted wardrobes for the clothes. From the spacious terrace, with private pool, 4 chairs and 6 garden chairs, you have a magnificent view of the Lake Maurici and can watch the passing boats. The boat mooring at our house on the main waterway is 7.50 meters long. Washing machine available.
