The stand house is at the end of a 100m private path, with carport and 3 parking spaces. It is located in an idyllic bay and breathtaking old trees in the middle of the Steinhuder Meer nature park. There is a sailing boat, rowing boat and a kayak on the in-house jetty.
In the garden there are plenty of opportunities to sunbathe on sun loungers and to grill in good weather. With three terraces there is enough space on the property to eat, play board games or just read. Animal and bird lovers are also not neglected on the shores of the Steinhuder Meer: rare and breathtaking animals offer you a wonderful spectacle in the bay. At the same time, you can admire the unique sunsets from our jetty.
In just a few minutes you can reach the center of Steinhude with restaurants, museums and numerous eel and fish stands. You can use the in-house bicycles for the bike tours.


The ground floor: On the ground floor is a large, open, tiled and carpeted living, dining and kitchen area with a view of the Steinhuder Meer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, blender, electric bread machine and cooking, baking and eating utensils. The dining area has sufficient seating and merges into the living area. There you will find a fireplace and a high-quality leather seating set with a coffee table. A flat screen satellite TV gives you the opportunity to watch DVDs and videos. You can enjoy CDs on the high-quality stereo system with speakers. From here you have a wonderful view of the bay with its old beach houses in the style of the early 20s. Century. An extensive library is at your disposal. In addition to the guest toilet, there is a hammam (Turkish steam bath) and a laundry room with washer-dryer, ironing board and iron.

The first floor: A spiral staircase leads you through a gallery of pictures by local artists to the first floor. There are 3 tiled Interlüppke bedrooms and three small shower rooms incl. WC. The wardrobes have body-sized mirrors and a safe in each room that can be opened with a personal code. From two rooms you have an undeveloped view of the bay, while the third room has its own equipped sun terrace. The windows of all rooms are equipped with mosquito screens to keep the mosquitoes out of the rooms, especially in summer. Two bedrooms have flat screens and all rooms have table and storage facilities.
All bathrooms have a shower, vanity and toilet, as well as large mirrors and heating. Hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and cosmetic items are available in every bathroom.
