The detached holiday home is located at the end of a side street, on a 1000 m² plot, in a small forest in Cala Murada. The beaches are 300 m and 500 m. The center with supermarket, bakery, bank, and several restaurants and a mini golf course can be reached after 200 m. A tennis court is 100 meters away. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate guest toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living area. Kitchen, living room and bedroom with the most modern air conditioning for cooling, and on cold days also for heating. 3 terraces are available for relaxation. On the ground floor the 120 m² pool terrace with an embedded 4 x 9 m private pool with outdoor shower. In the 1st First floor: the 40 m², partly covered terrace, and on the roof the 22 m² panoramic terrace with a clear view of Cala Murada and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. All terraces are equipped with seating areas and high quality sun loungers. The house has satellite reception with a 42 inch TV, and a powerful radio CD player with USB connection in the living room. Free internet available with no volume limit.
