The apartment is located on the top floor of the EF-house, consisting of a lounge m. Kitchen (dishwasher, stove m. Oven u. 4-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), satellite TV, radio, guest access for free wi-fi, dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, views of the bay in front of Sassnitz. and a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and. further seating. This includes a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
In the living room is a double sofa bed, also located in a sloping roof a 140cm wide comfortable sleeping accommodation.

The house is situated in a side street on the outskirts of the romantic Old Town, where some cozy restaurants and cafés, to stroll on the beach promenade, a popular and busy port and a national park, there are only 5min walk.
The sandy beaches in Binz or Glowe you reach by car in about 15-20 minutes.
