The house pool (6,5x4m), surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and refreshing. The house has underfloor heating and can accommodate every season (included). The plot (about 800 sqm) is fenced and therefore ideal for family holidays. A wooden house with sauna and sports equipment is located in the garden.
