The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 large bathroom with shower, living room/dining room. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a holiday! Enjoy the Sunny terrace with table and chairs, view over the pool and the surrounding garden area, the perfect place for a meal or relaxation with a glass of wine.

There are 4 championship golf courses nearby and you can walk to the popular resort of Cala Bona/Cala Millor with countless bars & restaurants. The historic Spanish towns of Arta and Son Severa are not far away. The sea is just 50 m away and offers uncrowded beaches and mountain scenery. From Palma airport you can reach the apartment by car within 45 minutes. When you leave the airport, drive towards Santanyi. Then follow the signs to Manacor. Then follow the signs to Son Servera-Arta and 3 km further along the road to Costa Los Pinos. If required, there are regular buses and taxis nearby. Horse riding in Cala Bona and Sa Coma.

Currently the tourist tax for the Balearic Islands is € 2.20 per person per night in high season (1 May to 31 October). After the eighth night it is reduced to € 1.10. For low season this figure is reduced by 75%.
