A quiet small lake is only a few hundred meters away and the larger lake is close by. Berlin is about 30 minutes away and Airport 15 minutes. Non-smoking home.



The Space:

The house is clean, comfortable and suitable for both short stays and longer visits. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking or enjoying relaxed breakfasts. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The garden provides a peaceful outdoor area for reading, relaxing, or enjoying meals.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, the terrace and the garden. The property is fenced and parking is available directly in front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a calm, green area with meadows, forests and several swimming lakes within walking distance. A quiet lake is only a few hundred meters away and the larger lake offers a beach, pedal boat rentals and scenic lakeside walks. Shops and the train station are about 2 km away.



Getting Around:

Berlin can be reached in around 30 minutes by car or train. The Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.
