The 101 m² apartment in Baden-Baden accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The living area is divided into a dining space with a large table and a TV lounge with a comfortable sofa. There is a bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sinks, and toilet, plus a separate guest WC. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, water filter, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV, fans, heating in every room, and a workspace are provided. Families with children benefit from a baby cot and high chair (on request), climbing wall, toys, and children’s books.



Enjoy views of the street, city center, and mountains through the windows. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed building with 3.3 m high ceilings and large windows letting in plenty of daylight, overlooking a small garden opposite.



Parking is available on the street or nearby—please observe traffic signs. Up to two pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Shared amenities include washing machine and dryer (available for an extra fee) and a bicycle storage room.



Thanks to the central location, you can reach the famous Lichtentaler Allee in just 2 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and bus stops are also within walking distance. All sights are easily accessible, as the apartment connects the art and spa districts. Airport and train station transfers are available. Many guests say they feel especially comfortable and at home here.
